Q: What’s the criteria for eligibility to enter The Show Must Go On Elopement Giveaway?
Both people entering the contest must be 19 years of age as of January 1st 2023, and wanting to elope on April 2 2023.
Q: Can I pick my ceremony date and time?
The wedding is scheduled for April 2 2023 at Steam Whistle in Toronto, Ontario at 10:30am.
Q: Can I invite more than 20 guests to the ceremony?
This giveaway is for an elopement/micro wedding. The couple will be allowed to invite up to 20 guests.
Q: Can I host a reception after the ceremony?
Yes of course. You can contact Steam Whistle directly to organize this at an additional cost. They have a semi private space available for rent within the Biergarten.
Q: Is it possible to live stream the ceremony and/or the reception to guests who are not able to attend?
Yes! Steam Whistle’s expert Audio Visual partner EPiQ Vision can provide streaming options for the ceremony so all of your desired guests can virtually attend. This is an additional cost to the couple.
Q: Can I choose to hire my preferred vendors such as my photographer & officiant?
All services including photography, planning, florals, and officiant are provided.
Q: Can I customize my décor and florals?
Our team has curated a stunning design ideas and an expert floral team from Flower Treasures is on hand to bring it all to life, so all you have to do is show up!
Q: What type of cleaning and sanitization will be done before, and during, the wedding?
Safety is everyone’s first priority. The venue will be thoroughly sanitized prior to the event.
Q: Can you guarantee a COVID-19 free space?
We are going above and beyond to ensure the safety of our guests, staff and vendors. Sanitizer stations and masks will be readily available. While a COVID-19 free space is not guaranteed, you can count on us to do everything we can, and keep updated on all government restrictions and recommendations.
Q: Are there mask requirements for guests and staff?
Government mandated physical distancing measures will be in place, wearing a mask is optional for guests and we will have them available.
Q: Will there be a hand sanitizer station available for guests to use?
Yes, multiple hand sanitizing stations will be available for your guests throughout the venue.
